We currently ship across India.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

  • Customized or pre-order items may take 7–10 business days to dispatch. Estimated timelines are mentioned on each product page.

 

Delivery Time

  • Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Remote areas may take a little longer due to courier availability.


Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping (India): ₹80 – ₹150 (calculated at checkout)

  • Free Shipping: On orders above ₹1999

 

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking number and link to track your package in real-time.

 

Packaging

We use eco-conscious, secure packaging to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition, while staying true to our values.


Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, Sundus Regalia is not responsible for delays due to:

  • Unforeseen weather or strikes

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Delays from courier partners


Undeliverable Orders

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts, the reshipping cost will be borne by the customer.
