My name is Rukhsar Shaikh — and Sundus Regalia is more than just a modest fashion label. It is a quiet reflection of what I deeply believe in: that clothing should honor the soul before it adorns the body.

In a world that celebrates being seen, I wanted to create a space for women who value being covered, confident, and deeply content. Women who don’t chase the spotlight — but walk with quiet strength, dignity, and devotion.

I started with a vision — to wear modest clothing that didn’t just cover, but also reflected beauty and confidence, while keeping my intentions rooted in pleasing Allah.

I longed for clothes that were graceful, elegant, and practical — pieces that allowed me to pray anywhere, without hesitation. No pulling sleeves down. No stress about transparency. Just peaceful salah, no matter where I was.

In that search, I came across a beautiful Turkish brand that offered exactly what I had been looking for. But when I tried to order, they didn’t deliver to India. That moment sparked something in me.

Why should modestwear that combines beauty and belief feel so out of reach? Why shouldn’t women here have access to pieces that reflect both faith and finesse?

And that’s how Sundus Regalia was born — with the support of my family and the intention to help more women experience the peace, confidence, and spiritual ease that modest dressing brings.

This journey began with me — but it was never meant to end there. It’s a gift I hope to share with every woman who desires to dress with purpose, elegance, and ihsaan.

Sundus Regalia — A Name with Intention

"Sundus" is a Qur’anic word that refers to luxurious green silk garments in Jannah — a symbol of reward, modesty, and divine beauty.

"Regalia" means quiet, royal grace — not the kind tied to crowns and palaces, but the kind that shines from within a believing woman.

Together, Sundus Regalia is a reminder that our clothing is more than fabric — it’s an extension of our values, our faith, and our femininity.
